Services Include:

• Initial virtual or in person consultation.

• Two in-home prenatal check-ins to discuss services, create/review birth plan, and go over labor prep.

• Text, email, or phone call communication throughout your pregnancy.

• Access to tailored resources and childbirth information.

• Continuous in-person support during labor.

• Pain-relieving support during labor (i.e, TENS unit, counter pressure, light massage)

• One postpartum check-in.

• Birth photography included to capture all of your baby’s first moments.

(At least one support partner is required to be present during prenatal appointments to ensure they receive labor prep and education.)

Postpartum Doula Support

Compassionate In-Home Support for your Fourth Trimester.

Services Include:

• Newborn care and guidance.

• Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping support)

• Light household tasks/housekeeping.

• Meal preparation.

• Running errands, grocery shopping, etc.

• Date night childcare.

Minimum Booking: 4 hours per visit.

Sonoran Dove Package:

Package price: ($375)

Ideal for families needing support within the initial postpartum days.

• 3 days of care

• 4 hours per day (12 hours total)

Nourished Nest Package:

Package price: $625 ($590)

Ideal for families who want a few days of support, time to recover, meal preparation, and uninterrupted rest.

• 5 days of care

• 4 hours per day (20 hours total)

Desert Sanctuary Package:

Package price: $875 ($800)

Ideal for families who desire extended postpartum support days.

• 7 days of care

• 4 hours per day (28 hours total)

Oasis Support Package:

Package price: $1,250 ($1,100)

Full compassionate postpartum care, allowing you to rest, recover, and receive hands-on support with your newborn and household needs.

• 10 days of care

• 4 hours per day (40 hours total)

• Additional Care: Add additional care to any package at a rate of $29.50/per hour.

• Mileage fee may be included for clients outside of my service location.

• Overnight services are not offered at this time.
