Included:

  • Initial virtual consultation.

  • Minimum of two in-home prenatal check-ins to discuss services, create/review birth plan, and go over labor prep.

  • 24/7 text, email, or phone call throughout your pregnancy.

  • Continuous in-person support during labor.

  • Pain-relieving support during labor (i.e, TENS unit, counter pressure, light massage)

  • One postpartum check-in.

(At least one support partner is required to be present during prenatal appointments to ensure they receive labor prep and education.)
